Erste Hilfe is the first album by Filip Caranica and Matti Schulz's band of the same name, released on the Leipzig label Ubac. The 12 tracks, which the two ascribe to the "New Waste" genre, revolve around facets of the theme of performance in late capitalist throwaway societies. They are particularly fond of characters who take everything a little more seriously and find unintentionally comical solutions to survive.
